Friday, October 26th, 2007

If you install Adobe Creative Suite 3 Master Collection and have Safari 3.0 the intallation will dispaly a blank popup after installing the first disk.

What to do:
1) Uninstall Safari 3 Public Beta

…a) Download the Safari 3.0 Beta disk image and then select “Safari3BetaUninstall.pkg”

2) Remove any installed CS3

…a) Run all uninstall apps, if any. Run all the apps in your “Applications\Utilities\Adobe Installers” folder

3) Reinstall CS3…Again

Hope this helps!

Busted! Can’t videotape nude person

Wednesday, October 10th, 2007

My old collage professor, Mike Sanders of University of Cincinnati, had his work and home computers raided the other day by Cincinnati park rangers because he was making video art of a nude person. I e-mail the editor at the Cincinnati ENQUIRER News Paper and they quoted me in an writeup about the whole shindig.

It was funny how I found out about the story; I had a friend e-mail me telling me that he was going to this nude photo shoot in Miami Beach, and then two minutes after reading the e-mail I went to Cincinnati.com to checkup on my hometown news, saw the article on the homepage and just laughed. The timing could to be better! 500 nude people in a major public place in Miami, and everyone is freaking out about a small video project, hidden in the woods, with one nude person.

Run IE7 and IE6

Monday, October 8th, 2007

After you install IE7 it removes IE6, this is a pain in the butt for web developers when testing a site because a majority of people still use IE6. Well here is a site where you can download a stand alone version of IE6:
